Biography

Dr. Yao is committed to supporting clinicians in disease prevention and nutritional treatment, shortening the course of disease and improving the efficacy.
Dr. Yao is good at maternal nutrition guidance and health management, such as hyperglycemia during pregnancy, weight management during pregnancy, and nutrition during lactation. She is also good at infant feeding, diet education for children and adolescents, and nutritional development guidance.
Dr. Yao is good at food allergy and food intolerance; nutritional management and weight loss of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gout, overweight or obesity.
Dr. Yao has been engaged in clinical nutrition work for 18 years. She has successively worked in the tertiary hospitals and high-end private medical institutions in Shanghai. She has the practice experience in domestic public hospitals and international medical institutions. She has rich experience in clinical nutrition treatment and education guidance in the field of obstetrics and gynecology and pediatric nutrition.
Dr. Yao is committed to preventing diseases and promoting health through reasonable nutrition. As a general practice comprehensive nutritionist, she has many years of experience in nutrition treatment and health care for outpatient and inpatient patients.
Dr. Yao has conducted more than 300 online and offline nutrition lectures, and 3000+hours of one-on-one nutrition consultation experience, which has been praised and recognized by customers for many times.
Dr. Yao has a master’s degree in public health, a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, and a bachelor’s degree in catering management. She holds the preventive medicine doctor qualification certificate and practice certificate, the nutrition professional technical qualification certificate, the Chinese registered dietitian certificate, and the maternal and child health professional technical qualification certificate.
Dr. Yao participated in many research projects, presided over the hospital nutrition risk screening project as the first person in charge, and successfully applied for a patent of “”low protein conversion fan””.
