Dr. Gu has over 20 years of clinical practice and research experience in ophthalmology, with extensive diagnostic and treatment experience in common and frequently occurring eye diseases. Currently, she is primarily dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the fields of optometry and pediatric ophthalmology.

Educational Background:
Dr. Gu Limin graduated from Tongji University School of Medicine in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine. She obtained her M.D. from Tongji University in 2013. In 2012, she was a visiting scholar at the Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins University in the United States.
Working Experience:
Before joining United Family Healthcare, Dr. Gu worked for many years at top-tier hospitals and specialized eye hospitals in Shanghai. She is a member of the Visual Research Group of the Shanghai Medical Doctor Association, a member of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and a member of the Shanghai Medical Doctor Association.
Academic Achievements:
Dr. Gu has published more than ten academic papers as the first author or corresponding author in authoritative ophthalmology journals such as Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science (IOVS) and EYE, as well as in Chinese core journals. She holds one national utility model patent, has led five provincial and ministerial-level natural science foundation projects, and has participated in multiple national natural science foundation research projects.
