Biography

Proficient in training and evaluation of large and fine motor skills for infants and young children, comprehensive training and evaluation of premature infants, oral muscle training and evaluation, evaluation and intervention of speech therapy after cleft lip and palate surgery, training for writing difficulties, attention training, and rehabilitation evaluation, plan formulation and implementation for promoting motor development in spinal muscular atrophy. Proficient in providing comprehensive guidance for children’s rehabilitation training through comprehensive application of sensory training, cognitive training, swallowing training.
Bachelor of Science, graduated from the Department of Occupational Therapy at Yonsei University in South Korea.
Previously worked as an occupational therapist at Shanghai Sunshine Rehabilitation Center, and has worked as a child rehabilitation therapist at multiple high-end private institutions. Regularly participate in the joint outpatient department of Shanghai Children’s Hospital, Xinhua Hospital, and Shanghai Children’s Research Center for Neurosurgery, and participate in early screening work for children. Regularly provide remote guidance for SMA children and families, and participate in the development of SMA child rehabilitation treatment guidelines and manuals. Regularly provide rehabilitation consulting services to the Children’s Social Work Education and Training Development Committee of the China Institute of Public Welfare at Beijing Normal University.
Dr Su is also a rehabilitation consultant at the Beijing Meier Spinal Muscle Atrophy Care Center, an expert member of the Children’s Social Work Education and Training Development Committee at the China Public Welfare Research Institute of Beijing Normal University, an international director of the Korean Neurooccupational Therapy Society, and a lecturer in Sensory Integration and Children’s Occupational Therapy at Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
